Vantage Insights is operated by Matthias Blank as a natural person (Swiss sole proprietor / Einzelunternehmen). Matthias Blank is personally responsible for the Service and for the content published on it.

Commercial register & VAT

The operator is not entered in the Swiss commercial register, as annual turnover is below the CHF 100,000 threshold set out in Art. 36 HRegV and Art. 931 CO. The operator is likewise not registered for Swiss value-added tax (Art. 10 para. 2 lit. a MWSTG). Prices shown on the Service are gross prices and no VAT is added at checkout. The operator’s tax status will be re-assessed once turnover approaches the CHF 100,000 threshold; users will be notified before any change takes effect.

Out-of-court dispute resolution

The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. The operator is not obliged to and does not currently participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
